Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor
- 5 years of site experience in interior fitting-out projects
- Higher Diploma or above in Building studies or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS project
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy
- Good communication and site management skills
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 10 years relevant working experience in fitting out projects
- Good communication, sub-contracting and price negotiation skills
- Knowledge in handling PC
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Less experience will be considered for the position of Quantity Surveyor
Draftsman
- Report to Project Director / Project Manager
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in interior design or architectural or building construction discipline with good technical skill
- Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience in AutoCad is a MUST
- Knowledge of Chinese word processing, & CorelDraw would be an advantage
- Hardworking, responsible & willing to learn
