Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor
  • 5 years of site experience in interior fitting-out projects
  • Higher Diploma or above in Building studies or equivalent
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS project
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy
  • Good communication and site management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • 10 years relevant working experience in fitting out projects
  • Good communication, sub-contracting and price negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in handling PC
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Less experience will be considered for the position of Quantity Surveyor
Draftsman
  • Report to Project Director / Project Manager
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in interior design or architectural or building construction discipline with good technical skill
  • Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience in AutoCad is a MUST
  • Knowledge of Chinese word processing, & CorelDraw would be an advantage
  • Hardworking, responsible & willing to learn
